stuffed or not, i still stand by my belief that these dogs look like lady salisbury's unfortunate niece, poppy. you know the one--laughs too desperately at harry bowles-hill's groan-making jokes, wears her hair in that most unbecoming fashion, pours her tea in first, then the milk, gobbles down tea sandwiches as if she were a savage, always steps on your toes when dancing and wears all the salisbury diamonds and still manages to look shabby? and neither poppy nor this dog is something i want to come home to after a few sherrys at my club. give me a girl like a terrier anyday. loyal, not afraid of the outdoors and with a bite in her. that's what a modern chap needs these days.
